Michelle Diaz Cofiņo: Ms. Cofiņo is an associate attorney with the firm practicing in the areas of business and corporate law, as well as estate planning, tax, and litigation. Ms. Cofiņo also worked as a dependency litigator for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Ms. Cofiņo is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States Tax Court.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked as a commercial litigation paralegal at a large national law firm.

Ms. Cofiņo is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyer's Division, the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Dade County Bar Association.
Education:
Michelle graduated cum laude from the St. Thomas University School of Law in 2006 where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi, Honors Law Fraternity, a national society that recognizes outstanding academic achievement in the study of law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Barry University in 2002, and was a member of the Representative Council for the Student Government. Michelle is fluent in Spanish.
